Previously called Business Hub Sdn Bhd, the company was founded by James Yeap Hin Ka in May 1994 as a corporate vehicle mainly for business advisory services. In 2000, Dato’ Rozali Isohak joined the company to bring about the creation of a formal investment advisory company seeking to tap the growing opportunities available in both global and local capital markets.
The company was awarded the license of investment advice by Securities Commission of Malaysia in December 2001. In October 2002, the company name was officially changed to BH Global Advisers Sdn Bhd.
Investment research is of the utmost importance to us. We use both fundamental and technical analysis in the process of screening for investment or market opportunities. Our research team combines disciplined, quantitative and qualitative procedures to conduct risk-reward analysis as well as to make investment recommendations.
